In compliance with Sheriff Carmine Marceno's Opioid/Narcotic initiative, and as mentioned in our previous post, the Lee County Sheriff's Office completed yet another fruitful and successful narcotics sweep that required three months of tireless and persistent work. An enormous amount of poisonous substances were seized, firearms taken out of the hands of drug dealers and 19 dealers have been taken into custody. The work, however, is far from over. Twenty additional drug dealers remain on our radar and Sheriff Marceno wants them off of the streets. With constant support from Lamar Advertising of Fort Myers, the Lee County Sheriff's Office is able to post the photos of those wanted narcotics dealers. Their faces will appear on Lamar billboards around Lee County as we work diligently to find the remaining twenty. Look for these billboards! Continue checking in on our social media pages! If you see something, say something, make the call. Should you have any information regarding any of these individuals, you are urged to call the Lee County Sheriff’s Office at (239) 477-1000 or to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-780-TIPS (8477). All callers to Crime Stoppers will remain anonymous and will be eligible for a cash reward of up to $3,000. Tips may also be made online at www.southwestfloridacrimestoppers.com or by submitting a tip on the P3Tips mobile app. Additionally, you can download the LEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE app and report directly to Crime Stoppers.
